"I would like to place on record my sincere appreciation for the work being done by the Amygdala team for helping improve the mental well-being of adolescents. Mental health has for long not been prioritized in our country. It is very heartening to note that a team of young students has stepped forward to work in this direction. I thank their mentor Ms. Raminder Kaur Mac for inviting me to their school on behalf of the Amygdala team and giving me an opportunity to interact with grade 7 students in this regard. It is a matter of pride for the State Health Department of the country to see the youngsters being the change makers and picking up the baton of such an important issue which has for long been neglected."
